I’ve known John Stacy over 20 years. I wouldn’t buy flooring from anyone else. He personally makes sure it’s right and actually makes the effort to hire solid crews. That’s harder than it sounds. I’ve used him for commercial and residential. Can’t say enough about the guy.
Great service, quality install for our carpeted stairs. Contractors were very nice and cleaned everything up and went over install. Very pleased and would recommend and return for future work .
Up until the install, it was 5-star service. Install, communications, workmanship are all sub-par. They did not deliver on the promises made by John Stacy and his recommended installer. No follow-up from contractor on inexperienced team. Slow to resolve issues, like 6 months slow, and only got attention when they were ready to be paid or trying to collect the balance, which we were withholding until everything was resolved. Will not go back. Unprofessional and lack of concern and help after we bought the floors. We like to shop local but this time we got treated like a big box store.
