Great staff

We were helped by Todd at the Frisco location and he was FABULOUS! My wife and I had a less than excellent experience at another company and decided we would try out Peak's and we're glad we did. Todd spent a lot of time explaining the different carpet and padding types. He spent a lot of time understanding what we wanted out of the carpet and our budget range and then made some very solid suggestions. Even better, after seeing our house and taking some measurements he provided additional context and suggestions on carpet selection which caused us to alter our order a bit. Overall, super, super helpful and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. We both highly recommend Peak's and if you are shopping the Frisco location we highly recommend you seek out Todd for assistance!

I had a great experience at Peek's Lovers Lane location. Julianna was extremely knowledgable about the products. I was looking for an area rug that would match my newly redecorated living room, and she recommended an amazing print called Deerfield from Prestige Mills. I was skeptical at first, but she was prompt in sending me large samples to take home and try out different colors and patterns. Thank you so much, Julianna! The rug looks amazing!

Peek’s is the best flooring company serving Park Cities and surrounding communities! Their Lovers Lane store carries a wide-assortment of high-quality products from wood flooring to beautiful carpets. I worked with Julianna to select 6 carpets that were cut-and-bound to perfect-sized area rugs. Juliana and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and provide excellent customer service.

Julianna was absolutely amazing!!! We had a project putting hardwoods up a staircase and Julianna helped us find the perfect runner which was not easy to find. She was so knowledgeable and worked until we found the perfect option. I highly recommend Julianna.
